The list of rebellious children living in the White House is a long one... A president is just another father, dealing with his troublesome rebellious kids, presidentially! Here's a few that got caught, who knows what they got away with..

-- may be fashion trend influencers, social media influencers and role models to many - but they’re still children and being a White House teen is tough.
Guess who this quote is about - “a female caricature of her father’s most criticized traits — impetuosity, stubbornness, insensitivity.”
If you said Alice Roosevelt, you’re correct. The eldest Roosevelt child caused controversy during Roosevelt’s presidency and long after.
Not only was Alice Roosevelt criticised in the news and by the public - she’d often phone the news to give rumors about her life HERSELF. Yep, you heard that right.
President Roosevelt commented on parenting Alice: I can do one of two things,” he famously told a friend, “I can be President or I can control Alice. I cannot do both.
And our favorite Alice Roosevelt quote is… “The trashman may call me Alice. The cop on the corner may call me Alice, but you Senator McCarthy may not.”
Favorite Quentin Roosevelt moment was skating in the room where his father had a meeting with Attorney General Bonaparte.
Next in line is the girl that got kicked out of Brown University for not studying because she was too busy being an activist.
It’s Amy Carter. President Carter’s daughter was a known activist and got arrested four times for attending protests - sometimes allowed by her father, sometimes not.
Best Amy Carter moment really shows off her spirit and personality. It happened when a reporter asked her if she had a message for the children of America.
Patti Davis was well-known for her antics in the presidential world as the first child that openly protested against her parents’ political views. Say what?
Patti attended demonstrations and was very vocal on her thoughts of nuclear weapons.
It’s time to mix it up a little bit - next are the two boy siblings, also known as the little devils. Do you know who we’re talking about?
Willie and Tad Lincoln were the definition of chaos, which would ensue each time they even came close to an office or practically anything for that matter.
When the Lincoln family received a live turkey for Christmas dinner, Tad protested he doesn’t want to get the turkey killed.
Let’s give the Lincoln children some credit. After Willie died at 11 due to an illness, Tad continued with the mischief and became very close with his father.
Aaaand we have arrived to the almost infamous Barbara and Jenna Bush.
The two were connected from the womb and Barbara describes her relationship with her twin sister as “We have our own, unspoken language”. And you know there were rebellious antics coming from these two!
The Bush twins are the only ones so far making social media news. Underage drinking, running red lights, getting arrested,... those two have a colorful past.
The consequences for their constant misuse of alcohol went as far as taking alcohol awareness classes and going to Bush’s Camp David for parental counselling. The two were very familiar to the police, however, no formal jailtime arrest was ever made - they were presidential children after all.
The good news is, the girls seemed to have changed into their adulthood - after noticing the media hardships White House kids face, they became advocates for presidential children.
Barbara and Jenna had a message for our last two pair of sisters: "surround yourselves with loyal friends. They’ll protect and calm you and join in on some of the fun, and appreciate the history."
Here’s a Facebook post by a Republican staffer, criticizing the Obama kids:“Dear Sasha and Malia, I get you’re both in those awful teen years, but you’re a part of the First Family, try showing a little class.
Here’s why the public criticizes Sasha and Malia Obama:
They skipped the Democratic National Convention to attend Lollapalooza music festival.
Malia Obama was seen smoking pot and twerking.
Malia Obama attended a party whilst on her college tour.
They are often critiqued for the choice of their clothing.
